A new dimension for givenchy’s heritage emblem
Bruce Mau Design was asked by Givenchy to reimagine their iconic 'G' emblem for a new era of luxury accessories and brand expression. The proposal transformed the existing four-'G' square—a heritage symbol dating back to the house's founding—into a three-dimensional cube using six interlocking Gs. This dynamic emblem revealed different geometric patterns from every angle, creating endless possibilities for application and production techniques. The new system demonstrated remarkable versatility across leather goods, perfumes, jewelry, shoes, packaging, display systems, and runway design—injecting the French house's classic heritage with contemporary edge.
