The solution integrated spatial reconfiguration, digital systems, and physical touchpoints to optimize the experience while staying true to the building's spirit.Working with the museum's design team, standardized digital content templates and physical signage systems were developed in four languages (English, Spanish, Basque, and French) to ensure clarity and wayfinding effectiveness. The eclectic collection embodies a deeply personal approach: creating atmospheres and evoking memories through intuitive gathering and unexpected juxtapositions of found art, antique objects, and contemporary design. Each piece tells a story, together building a living archive of taste and feeling. Drawing inspiration from Bauhaus geometric precision and traditional East Asian signature seals, the monogram of interlocking characters balances modernist rigor with timeless elegance. In collaboration with graphic designer Sumire Kobayashi, the identity is refreshed annually, incorporating the zodiac animal in the form of greeting cards.&nbsp;The monogram is also reinterpreted in different formats, from embroidery on handmade pillows to packing tape applied on found shopping bags. Led by acclaimed Japanese chef Yosuke Suga, the dining spaces occupy Jun Aoki's iconic building with its billowing sail-like facade inspired by Osaka's maritime history and interiors by Peter Marino. The design explored the transportive idea of Le Voyage, drawing from bold nautical signage and urban graphic patterns—primary colors, geometric shapes, and wayfinding symbols—remixing the LV monogram with contemporary graphic language. Two distinct yet complementary visual identities were developed for the café and restaurant, celebrating Louis Vuitton's heritage while embracing a more lighthearted, immersive vision of luxury. The project transformed their original 1938 birthplace into a creative hub, addressing a critical challenge: L'Oréal's extensive archive often left teams paralyzed rather than inspired. Le Visionnaire functions as a curatorial filter using machine learning to navigate the company's archive, allowing employees to pull inspiration from the past to inform future strategy. The experience bridges physical and digital interaction through La Route, a cabinet of curiosities with illuminated drawers for engaging with heritage products, and the Visionary Wall, a massive AI-driven canvas that can sort millions of images not just by keyword, but by visual composition—grouping them by color, shape, and pattern. This allows designers to build instant mood boards that can be saved to their employee badge and exported directly to their desk. wayfinding and environmental graphics strategy for The Drew Las Vegas, a reimagined luxury resort balancing elevated hospitality with accessible experiences. The "Super Natural" concept paired refined luxury with organic materiality reflecting the desert landscape and Las Vegas energy. The wayfinding system organized navigation into three spatial layers: Ground (wayfinding elements throughout the journey), Horizon (consistent information visible in the distance), and Sky (iconic beacons suspended overhead). Central to the strategy were stacked monuments—sculptural forms inspired by artists like Ugo Rondinone, Jose Dávila, and James Balmforth—combining raw and refined materials in precarious yet balanced compositions. These "stacks" served as navigational landmarks throughout the resort, each unique yet unified by textured stone and vibrant metal palette. The system guided guests to destinations while revealing unexpected discoveries along the way.
